Sit in Sukhasana (Easy Pose).
(Inhale) Arms Up - (Exhale) Twist - (Inhale) Lengthen the Spine - (Exhale) Twist a Little Deeper - (Inhale) Back Arm Straight Up - (Exhale) Cross Arms, Hands to Knees, Round the Back - (Inhale) Eagle Arms, Arch the Back, Look Up - (Exhale) Round the Back - (Inhale) Arch the Back, Look Up - (Exhale) Round the Back - (Inhale) Sweep the Arms Up
Repeat twice on each side.
