Amber is a Reiki Master/Teacher and a Yoga Instructor, completing her 200-Hour Teacher Training through YogaWorks in July 2016. Amber is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. She is committed to a continuous study of Ayurvedic medicine, energy healing and all physical and spiritual aspects of yoga and meditation. She discovered her calling to teach yoga when the practice helped her overcome severe anxiety as a teenager.

Amber specializes in gentle yoga and guided meditation. She welcomes all levels and strives to be a resource to all her students. Amber teaches group classes as well as private individual lessons.
